Tamara Kostochko was born in Latvia and spent her childhood and youth in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She now lives in Barcelona, Spain.

She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Design from the Saint Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design (2013–2017), where she developed a strong foundation in composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.

With a background in graphic design, product design, and fashion design, she incorporates complex collage techniques in her work, blending colors and exploring textures and volume.

In her paintings, she explores how a person’s spiritual journey manifests certain shades of love through facial expressions, gestures, glances, and movements. Her goal is to convey the beauty and power of inner states through portraits of energies, where colors, shapes, and the directions of human body movements play the leading roles.
